“Owner was training a front associate which he was being abrasive with , my upgrade charge was 57$ to a way worse room which had stained lamp shades - beds needed to changed - staff was rude hung up on me from the direction of the owner not supervisor- not pet friendly- if your passing through and need a dirty place to sleep and do not care about rude staff and owner feeling entitled because he doesn’t have respect but there to stay occupied to make make a living stay - try it out”

“Towels were dirty when I took up front the floor towel from bathroom had foot prints from shoes on it and wash cloth was dirty when I took it to the front desk and asked for clean ones she had the nerve to tell me it’s for the floor it will be ok. I paid for a room that’s suppose to be clean. I shouldn’t have to go buy towels or amenities like soap and shampoo this is all supposed to be supplied and clean come on get it together breakfast was horrible cereal and waffle no hot breakfast the guy...

“The only good thing about this place was it is convenient to the gate to Fort Rucker. We had to ring a bell and wait for someone to come buzz us in so we could check in. We had a king room on the 2nd floor. It looked like someone robbed an Ikea truck and threw the furniture in that room. The "down" comforter was filthy! Thank God I had brought my own blanket and pillows. There were two towels in the bathroom, no hand towels, no wash clothes, no ice bucket, no cups, no single brew coffee...

“I truly love this place no one bothers u at all very quiet except for when I get mad at my husband and yell. But man I always have to put my own sheets on the bed. Ug”

“Booked last minute to be close to the volleyball tournament venue that got changed last minute due to errors. Rooms had missing locks. Rooms were not cleaned or changed. The staff had to change rooms for me 3 times. Traveled with 2 daughters and we did not feel safe at all. Faucet ran yellow/brownish water. Staff was patient and understanding, but the place looked so run down. Need some updating done.”
